Gina, an educator, personal assistant, and entrepreneur with USDA training in nutrition and health and a BFA in Art Education, majoring in museums and community art. She brings practical knowledge to her passion for art and nature.

Gina has always felt a pull toward nature and the four elements—earth, air, fire, and water. Growing up in the desert, she would wander in the vast landscapes, under endless skies taking photos, having picnics, and chasing toads during monsoon season. Yet, as adulthood brought more and more responsibilities, that connection to nature began to fade and she began to feel trapped in the cycle of modern life, she felt restless—disconnected.

In her 30s, Gina rediscovered her connection to nature, she immersed herself in gardening, rain collecting, and learning about the native desert plants around her. She became a garden workshop instructor in 2016, teaching underserved communities how to grow their own food on a budget, composting, and empowering low-income families to cultivate not just gardens, but resilience and self-sufficiency.

Gina's entrepreneurial spirit eventually led her into the world of Virtual Assistance, where she helps other businesses thrive while staying true to her roots. She embodies balance, mindfulness, and growth, blending care and creativity into both her personal and professional life.

Gina finds magic in the everyday through gardening, landscape photography, and exploring, which reflects her deep appreciation for nature and creativity.

Jesseca, a multifaceted artist, entrepreneur, eco-business consultant, and coach with a background in nursing. After earning her master’s degree as an RN in 2017, she thrived in ER, ICU, and wound care—until the pandemic sparked a deeper awakening. Witnessing the staggering waste in healthcare while striving for a zero-waste lifestyle at home, she felt called to realign her life.

In 2023, Jesseca retired from nursing to embrace a holistic and sustainable way of life while expanding as an entrepreneur and pursuing a PhD in metaphysics. Meditation, yoga, and a deep connection with nature, God, and her emotions became pivotal to her transformation, reshaping her understanding of healing, energy, and the Oneness that connects humanity with the earth. She fully embraced her passions as an artist, aerialist, and coach, using movement, mindset, and conscious living to inspire others to cultivate sustainability in business, health, and daily life—ultimately leading to the creation of Eco Cultura.

Committed to living her values, Jesseca has refined her lifestyle to reduce her waste to a single small grocery bag each month through mindful consumption, composting, and eco-conscious travel. She integrates sustainable practices into every aspect of life, proving that a regenerative and harmonious way of living is possible no matter where you are.

Now, she travels often for aerial performances, is a recognized author in The New York Times Best Sellers, and prioritizes living in the present moment with joy.

Back in Tucson, AZ in 2020, amidst the global social crisis of COVID, Gina and Jesseca met by chance, joyously laughing. The connection was immediate—their friendship blossomed.

The nature of life moved both ladies to different parts of the US, despite moving they kept in contact and their friendship remained constant. They met in various cities, always finding time to reconnect. Over the years, they both became increasingly enraged with the demands of corporate life, where the pursuit of profit often came at the expense of the environment. Working for companies that contributed to environmental harm and the human spirit left them frustrated and questioning their place in society's system.

By the end of 2024, their conversations had shifted toward solutions. Over the holidays, they sat down to discuss ways to create meaningful change. They recognized the power of e-commerce and how it shaped modern consumer habits. Rather than simply criticizing the system, they decided to engage with it—using business as a tool to promote sustainability.

Their venture was built with intention. Every product they selected aligned with their values, emphasizing sustainability and ethical sourcing. Their goal was clear: to merge commerce with environmental responsibility and create a business model that contributed positively to the planet.

This was not just a professional collaboration but a deliberate effort to transform despair about the world into a solution. Through their shared vision, Gina and Jesseca set out to challenge conventional consumption and offer an alternative—one rooted in integrity, sustainability, and long-term impact.
